The specific scope of work will be detailed in a signed agreement or proposal for each client engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Fast Digital Agency to perform services effectively.
Clients are responsible for securing all rights, licenses, and permissions for any materials or data shared with us.
Delays in providing materials, approvals, or feedback may affect agreed-upon timelines.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment terms, schedules, and amounts will be defined in the client’s contract or invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, campaigns, and strategies developed by Fast Digital Agency remain the property of the agency until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fast Digital Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work as part of its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bright Grow It Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as website traffic, sales, or follower growth), as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business, financial, or marketing information shared during the course of the partnership.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms stated in the service contract.
Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable by the client.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
9. Changes to Terms
Bright Grow It Solutions Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
